Slammers Flyball Tournament

Eden ran only on the team (instead of singles) this weekend. No video from Saturday but a compilation video of her team runs on Sunday. She did well, not fast, but clean (mostly). A few new things popped up - she is tugging, thrashing and growling at her toy - this is WONDERFUL! She tried to herd a teammate's dog on her way to pass, also good, means she is in drive. I was able to redirect her down the lane so that was fine. She had several runs where there was no ball or the ball was loaded on the wrong side of the box, did this phase Eden? Heck no! She reran in her classic, happy, bouncy-bouncy run. She's got a heart of gold, a good work ethic and is so adorable and charismatic! I love her! Many people commented on her willingness and cuteness too :-) She ran one time for each race on Saturday and the same on Sunday (sharing a spot on the team with another dog) but I pulled her from the last two races - she was exhausted. There were 6 races each day and she's not used to running that much!
